Best Western Overland Park Hotel, Overland Park

My stay was quite enjoyable overall! The hotel staff were truly exceptional, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The clean and comfortable room added to my experience, although the breakfast service could have been smoother. I appreciated the variety at breakfast, especially the made-to-order omelets! However, the dining situation felt a little chaotic during peak times. Overall, I felt it was great value for the price.

The breakfast offerings were decent and the facilities were not bad. However, the overall management could improve aspects like room preparation and housekeeping efficiency.
